The Law Offices of Jason A. Waechter
No-Win No-Fee FREE Advice
Our law firm gives back to the community. We have a well thought campaign who's focus is to try to PREVENT accidents and assist victims of crashes. A portion of our legal fees is spent on these important activities.
Accident Prevention Campaign
Having seen the devastating effects of motorcycle accidents, we launched a campaign to promote motorcycle safety. In addition to our bystander assistance courses, we are distributing thousands of bumper stickers reminding drivers to watch for motorcycles. Our campaign includes billboards next to busy metro roadways. If these reminders prevent just one motorcycle accident, it will be worth all the effort.

Bystanders Assistance Course
We are very proud that we have educated over 1,000 people by putting them through a medical class that teaches them how to save or assist those injured in a crash. We put a member of our firm through EMT school, so she could teach this course to civilians who travel our roadways. Our law office puts on and sponsors a bystander assistance course. Our bystanders assistance course teaches people what to do if someone gets injured in a crash. It includes rescue breathing, the proper way to move someone out of harms way (Don’t unless it is dangerous to leave the person where they are because of traffic or other hazards), lifesaving emergency medical care, and more.
